Daisy has decided a bulletproof vest will provide some much needed "padding" against physical damage. She's given up both her knives and one flashlight to allow additional room for Inquiring Mind and Expose Weakness. She's still hoping to hire the Lab Assistant in the future, but felt defense was a better investment at this time.

She's still trying to find the Strange Solution! Dang it!

Our house rules: we are only able to acquire cards from a deck after we complete the preceding scenario, so we only have access to cards through Undimensioned & Unseen. Once the new deck is open you can make a one to one swap for any new cards (and only new cards) with the same pip value, and then use experience to buy cards from any available deck. We also only have one core deck, so may not have two available copies of some powerful cards.

I posted my own deck here if you want to see what I'm planning on running. This is just before Miskatonic Museum, so I don't have access to everything you do yet.

We're in a 3-player game, so I haven't been using scrying, but for a 2 player game it seems like a pretty sweet spell.

How are you liking Expose Weakness? That's definitely a card I'm curious about, but I honestly don't know what I'd drop for it. I'm also curious about Working a Hunch. I've thought about including it in my game; I really love fast actions, but I honestly don't think my Daisy has ever failed an investigate check so I'm a little torn on it. I'm also really curious how you like Defiance and Inquiring Mind? I'm not running a ton of skill cards in my deck and would love to hear your perspective on those cards!

If you ever get the xp for it, I'm a big fan of Cryptic Research. It's 0 cost and fast, so it's just a totally free action to draw 3 cards OR to help your ally draw cards. There will never be a time when it's not useful; it's always great to have in hand.
