Deck made for a PtC run my wife and I are beginning as Carolyn and Agnes.
I based it loosely on the "Witch and Her Shrink" decks posted by user FBones, but I wanted to include a bit more independent damage ability for Carolyn and independent clue-hunting for Agnes. The Agnes deck is here: Therapy helps Agnes Channel Her Rage
Hawk-Eye Folding Camera, St. Hubert's Key, and Alice Luxley should hopefully get her investigating at a rapid pace so she has time to use lots of horror healing on Agnes.
Guard Dog is included for health sink, ping damage, and because my wife is still mourning the loss of Duke in the final scenario of TDL.
I am including 2 Shrivelling in the description for each deck. I don't own 4 core sets, though, so I am going to just use Wither with Carolyn until Agnes upgrades, and then cheat a bit by pretending Carolyn started with Shriveling too.
