Generally, the deck runs on Wendy's Amulet.
By using Guts, Manual Dexterity, Overpower, and Perception, Wendy can quickly draw a bunch of cards. If you are lucky or unlucky, Rabbit's Foot can help you draw faster. Meanwhile, committing cards and Wendy's can help her use these "hand-resources".
When Wendy has Wendy's Amulet, she will keep using cards from the discard piles and put it back. Then, the situation becomes that the deck only has Emergency Cache, Lucky!, Backstab. She draws one, use it and put it back to the bottom. Under the help of Leo De Luca, the loop runs quickly and endlessly.
During the adventure, Scavenging and Burglary can help deal with the resources and items. Thus, don't hesitate committing your cards.
Be aware: Abandoned and Alone. It should be drew up as soon as possible.
