This is an evolution of the Rum Punch deck that did well in Murder at the Excelsior Hotel, but fell short in War of the Outer Gods. The key changes are to remove "Let me handle this!" and Take the Initiative, which are of limited use with the encounter deck in War of the Outer Gods, and to add in some more swarm control with Mk 1 Grenades and Dynamite Blast.
