My first time taking Winifred Habbamock through a campaign. This is the true solo deck I’m playing through the Dunwich cycle as part of the Mythosbusters Play Along event hosted on Discord.

The deck has functioned really well in the first three scenarios. Though tension is pretty high in the scenarios that include Beyond the Veil since this deck draws a lot of cards. Expect to fail the willpower tests and sail through everything else!

Wini has earned 12XP after the first three scenarios. The latest upgrade is Ace in the Hole, which I’m particularly excited to try out as she moves forward with the campaign.

How did the rest of the campaign go? How did it fare for resources? Playing Winnie out of the pack I found her cash-starved and couldn't have come close to playing Streetwise. I think the only econ cards you have are Dunwich assets (Armitage, Necronomicon) - would the basic deck work in a standalone without them? I love Daredevil for theme in Winnie - is Beyond the Veil the reason for not taking it? Or is there a reason you wouldn't take it in a different campaign? I guess that also lets you take Double or Nothing which is a nightmare if Daredevil hits it! Thanks :)
Nov 27, 2021 isuscbrmid · 38 thanks is nice but I would go for the jacket+richiert combo to soak horror... another way is to take the upgraded liquid couraage.... is not easy to deal with horror for winnie. Perhpas you can cut one of the lone wolf and 1 cheap shot to take both cards
