Hi! I'm returning to the game after a while, and I decided I'd run the Return version version of Path of Carcosa with Skids and Rex.

"Skids" always interested me, ever since I first played him in Eldritch Horror. However, the core version of Skids in AHLCG, frankly, sucks. His stat spread was weird, in particular, lacking the strength to make use of his access and his core ability is just "good". He was a hard character to use effectively. This new P. Skids, however, intrigues me — both front and back. I don't see why I wouldn't just trigger his ability every single turn. Also, his goofy deck-building thing will let me get six "Lucky!"s in this deck, hence the name.

I'll explain some of the card choices, here:

.45 Thompson, Tennessee Sour Mash, and Backstab are all merely "okay" cards whose primary downside is their high cost. I believe P. Skids ability will let me mitigate that weakness.

Nimble will allow me teleport with P. Skid's ability. Manual Dexterity will let me use it to easily gain money and card draw. Calculated Risk will give maximum benefit since I can wait until after all my actions to use my character ability.

So yeah! Idea is for parallel Skids here to use his money to buy expensive toys and training (Hard Knocks) to keep the monsters off Rex's back for the time being.
