The intention here is for Carolyn to heal sanity like crazy. I don't think this deck would do very well in true solo, and it might even need to be a third investigator, since despite her high intelligence, she doesn't have many tricks in the way of investigating, and her fighting is pretty limited, though effective (Mind Over Matter, I've Got a Plan, Dynamite Blast).

Apr 19, 2018Ah, I didn't realize that it wouldn't work with Hypnotic Gaze. You're right about the alternatives: another Guts or a Storm of Spirits would be fine. |
I'm not sure what the 1 Uncage the Soul is going to do for you in the deck, as it can't pay for any cards in your deck. (Hypnotic Gaze and Ward of Protection are fast reactions, so you can't play uncage the soul first to reduce cost). May want to just swap it out for anther Guts, or add in more spells (Storm of Spirits, maybe?)
