I wanted to try out a Jim build using aggressive chaos bag manipulation to make use of Song of the Dead and Shards of the Void. Plus I wanted to tackle sleep town and its painful Skull tokens. So it made sense to try them together.

I built a party of 4 because it seemed like parties of 2 were always having trouble with there being too much to do. The only benefit (fewer abyss strength to start) evaporates quickly with the effects that pump it if it's at 2 or less / 3 or less.

The chaos bag manipulation tended to work pretty well (better for Song of the Dead than for Shards of the Void, which surprised me but makes sense in retrospect). Jewel of Aureolus meant Jim was the only one who never struggled for cash. Playing Eldritch Inspiration to add +2 damage to an already-3-damage attack feels good.

Even with all that cash I never used Hypnotic Gaze or Astral Travel.
