Running from fear

With a base evade of 5 and Track Shoes as well as Trench Coat to boost your foot value this upgrade gets rid of the Stray Cat and subs in the Elder Sign Amulet as a horror soak and it also brings in the Ornate Bow which will allow you to evade and enemy on turn 1 dealing it 1 damage shooting it on turn 2 and knocking an arrow on turn 3. This combo turns Rita Young into a killing machine if need be. I also added Belly of the Beast to help the group gather more clues. For this I removed Drawing Thin since it is taboo.
