Okay, solo deckbuilding is tough.

The plan is : skill cards to boost Duke. Use the fire axe (with moneys from lone wolf) and the bat for bigger ennemies (but what about bosses ? dynamite ? hmm). Rabbit's foot for drawing cards so that Duke can do its job.

First aid is there for the 5 mental health.

Any advice is welcome !

You might consider running Peter Sylvestre to help soak Horror for you since you aren't running any allies currently. I'd slot out the First Aid for him if you decide to go that route. First Aid is a bit slow, not only do you have to play it you then have to spend an action to use it's effect. Peter's horror soak is a passive trigger so it doesn't spend any of your precious actions. If you choose to run Peter, I'd recommend two copies so that you're sure to draw him. Baseball Bat would be my second choice for subbing out if you go with 2 x Peter. You're already running 2 x Fire Axe and you have Duke as well, so you'll probably be safe with just 2 weapons.

Keep at the deckbuilding, it'll get easier and more rewarding the more you do it! :D (Hope this helps.)

Looks good, would love to hear your thoughts when you're done with Dunwich, what you liked in the deck and didn't, etc. I had never thought of using Shrivelling Pete, but he seems suited for it.
