Well, now Ashcan is On His Own! This deck is fairly standard compare to the other deck in the series. This is 100% boring version of the of Duke is Kidnapped - Desperate Ashcan Down the rabbit hole, if you are here before looking at that one, I recommend you check that one out first)
This deck uses On Your Own and discards to function, Pete will keep using Plucky + Ice Pick to investigate, uses Drawing Thin to draw those even which want to be discarded (using drawing thin on those not as action efficient test), not much to say in this deck in my opinion, fairly standard.
Using the remaining resources and throw them in Plucky/Scrapper to past tests. Uses Scavenging to take Ice Pick back and reuse it.
