The purpose is to exploit Rabbit's Foot in the Carcossa campaign. It also justifies the absence of Dr. Milan Christopher, replacing it with Whitton Greene. Higher Education could be used with Milan to boost the stats, as it also goes along with Down the Rabbit Hole. Medical Texts is for combing with Mark Harrigan. It could be replaced with other books, such as the Encyclopedia. Extra experience could be used for non-improved cards, such as Pathfinder.
