It means, you can use 6 copies of A Glimmer of Hope!
With Dream-Enhancing Serum, you can keep all of those in your hands.

Daredevil help you for dumping your deck - so more Hopes will be discarded.
Furthermore, Daredevil will find Hospital Debts, so you don't need to be anxious about drawing your weakness in late of the game.
And well, if you take out from chaos bag, you can get one card from your discard pile (dumped by Daredevil maybe?) - in my case, usually Dream-Enhancing Serum.

With ability of Skids, and 4 copies of Watch this! , you'll have a plenty of resources.
Actually, main strategy of this deck is 'commit' but 'asset/event', so you don't need that much.
If you have more XP, cards using resources like Lola Santiago or Streetwise can be a good choice.

Using Friends in Low Places to draw more Fortune cards, and upgrade it with 'Experienced' and 'Prompt'.
