AllYellowAllTheTime

As with last year's all purple all the time collaboration, Arkham Chronicle has issued a challenge once more to content creators for Arkham Horror LCG. This time, we are to create a team of all seekers.

The rules are: 2 core sets, every expansion up to the end of the Forgotten Age, and we are to build the decks without knowing what the other content creators are bringing to the table.

This Minh deck is full support, tailored for an all-seeker party. The main support will be to ensure our combatants hit more often, clue-gatherers and combatants have the cards and combos they need, and finally using Minh's ability to help pass crucial skill tests.

Because of the heavy emphasis on this type of support, I went with few skill cards, to ensure the "King in Yellow" has a minor effect on Minh. Instead, this deck focuses on helpful events that allow the team to look for their important cards and assist in defeating foes.

Since the "King in yellow" only stops minh from committing cards, this doesn't affect her helpful events. It also doesn't prevent her skill from adding a wild icon to other Investigators who commit their own cards.

If the king in yellow isn't out, the events in the deck are designed to be used for committing to skill tests as well. With a large focus on willpower icons, this will allow Daisy and Norman to use their spells more effectively (presumably for enemy management).

The best way to play this deck is to avoid fighting enemies, staying close to other investigators so you can assist them, pick up a clue here and there, and keeping resources and cards handy for those times when you're really needed.

They are the central hub for all things yellow. Be sure to also check out the other content creators for their deck ideas!

I did this with a friend last summer, both of us 2 handed (4 characters total) VS dunwich. Seekers are pretty OP with card draw and tutoring (search for a card) so it was pretty easy on hard difficulty. We did struggle a bit in first 2 adventures when combat options were missing, but once all Strange Solutions and Emergency Caches were online to reload these, it was rather ridiculous (Shrivelling 5 for Norman Withers instead).

We built most characters balanced ( and ), none as pure support. Rex Murphy was the only pure cluer for his OP ability. Anatomical Diagrams was hilarious, when reducing the enemies to 0, so all those weak seekers could kill such an enemy without a weapon.
