This was the third deck I ever built and the first one I've published (published on request). It was used in a two-handed solo blind run through Dunwich with Ashcan Pete.
For this pairing, I built Jenny more fightery and Pete more cluevery. Now that I have Carcosa and thus Lockpicks, I would probably reverse those roles, but this may still be a good way to go if you only have core and Dunwich. (This deck assumes two cores but could be pretty easily modified for one).
My main review on this looking back is that I had a lot of one-offs, and now I try to build for more consistency, so I probably wouldn't build a deck now where there were 10 cards I chose to include only one copy of.
This also seems like a crazy reliance on pay-to-boost cards, but with two Lone Wolves and two Hot Streak (4)s, plus just being Jenny, I guess she could afford it. Plus, she needs some way to boost all those threes. But now I'd rather see more passive stat boosts, like Cat Burglar, Police Badge, etc.
Upgrades Made
- added Adaptable & Streetwise (permanent)
- 1x Knife -> 1x Switchblade (2)
- 2x Arcane Studies & 1x Hard Knocks -> 1x Switchblade (2) & 2x Physical Training
- 1x Hard Knocks -> 1x Hot Streak (4)
- 1x Contraband -> 1x Hot Streak (4)
- 1x Manual Dexterity -> 1x Lone Wolf (note: should have had two of these from the start!)
- 1x "I'm outta here!" -> 1x Sure Gamble
Jenny and Pete ended the world using these decks, so if anyone's reading this I hope you can put them to better use.
