How to run this deck:

Mulligan for Leo De Luca, and depending on your playstyle "I'm outta here!" to eject from particularly painful play.

Priority Upgrades: Charisma - Keen Eye - 2x Leo De Luca - 2x Beat Cop - 2x Hot Streak - 2x Emergency Cache.

Later Upgrades: 2x Timeworn Brand - 2x Vicious Blow - 2x Stand Together.

What to remove:

2x "I'm outta here!" - > 2x Hot Streak

2x Handcuffs - > 2x Stand Together

2x .45 Automatic - > Timeworn Brand

*A Note - If you're able to after hitting your priority upgrades I think 1 or 2 upgraded .45 Automatic is also viable before or instead of 1 or 2x Timeworn Brand.

If you're rolling in the XP you could upgrade 2x Hard Knocks and 2x Survival Knife.
