Red Hand Yorrick

A William Yorrick deck that I'm playing through Dunwich with. The other party is Akachi Onyele and the plan is not to have a dedicated slayer or clue gatherer but for both to be doing their part on both fronts, I imagine as the campaign progresses Akachi will upgrade shrivelling and become a beastly slayer but we shall see.

I took five xp in extra curricular activities and feeling a bit wild embarked on a The Red-Gloved Man man build hopefully utilising some of Williams Recursions abilities to get the absolute most out of the strange fella, I am however beginning to have second thoughts about the plan and wondered if you'all have any thoughts?

The fact that Williams' ability requires you to kill something before you can get red gloved man out of the bin and back on the table means that you'll at best get 2 out of your 3 red gloved actions which really does limit how useful it is. That being said if you end up getting him out of the bin and effectively pay 2 resources to have intellect boosted to 6 for 2 turns just in time for a critical investigation its definitely better value boosting it with Plucky or similar and there's always the advantage that RGM will stick around to help out with the enemy and mythos phases...

A Chance Encounter seems to fit with the theme but the synergy with RGM is even worse, this time you have to spend one action playing A chance encounter and then only get RGM for two more actions and then he just disappears after the enemy phase - not helping in mythos phase at all.

And despite his red gloves he's not on the redteam so cant be brought back using the stalwart Resourceful.

Its clear that all these half synergies aren't ideal but on the other hand The Red-Gloved Man is so good that its sometimes worth including in a deck just to be used once, William's ability to get a little extra work out of it seems good to me. Perhaps eventually upgrading towards Police Badge and Relic Hunter will make Red Gloved William work... Any thoughts?
