Drop a clue or more with Quick Study to activate both Press Passes for +2 actions, gathering Research Notes. Rex Murphy's helps to get back the clue you dropped, saving evidences for higher shroud locations.
The Raven Quill can tutor Research Notes and lets you ready a Press Pass. Drop another clue, activate the pass again and get up to 6 actions per turn.
The Raven Quill no.2 can be committed for icons and recurred with Scavenging as Rex Murphy wants to succeed by 2 or more at least once per turn anyway.
