This Akachi deck relies upon Runic Axe to defeat enemies as well as a battery to pay off Angered Spirits and to trigger Torrent of Power. We will want to upgrade the axe with "Saga" to make sure that the axe stays charged up even when we need to use multiple charges to deal with issues.

The next core piece of the deck is Mind's Eye. Akachi has great with her base stats and we will look to boost it with Living Ink. To take advantage we will run Mind's Eye to use for any tests that the game tries to throw at us. We can even use Mind's Eye in combination with Runic Axe if we want to use a Guts to boost up the attack. This is a nice way to boost our skill value when going all in on an axe attack with the "Ancient Power" upgrade to inscribe "Power" 3x to deal with a 4 health enemy in a single action.

To keep our Mind's Eye topped off we can use Lucid Dreaming to tutor our other copies of Mind's Eye, and Arcane Initiate to tudor the Lucid Dreaming. Quantum Flux will then cycle it all back into our deck.

Uncage the Soul helps to pay for things and then turns into more symbols if we are already set up. Sacrifice is also economy, as well as a way to get rid of Arcane Initiate when we need her to go. Sacrifice, Guts(2), and Arcane Initiate should give us plenty of card draw to keep seeing our powerful cards, which is especially good since Angered Spirits doesn't ever go back into your deck, so there should only be your basic weakness to consider.

Binder's Jar will give us extra arcane slots to run Shrivelling so that we have a backup option for attacking if our Runic Axe is out of charges, especially if we pull an token on a big attack. Spectral Razor is our other backup option for dealing with enemies, or just an efficient way to take care of aloof enemies or ones that are engaged with another investigator.

I had one deck slot left, so we can run Ward of Protection because its just a good card.
