Goal: make max use of the Dragon pole while being a big tank. First upgrade is for Stand Together and Overpower in order to get more card as soon as possible and have more arcanic items.

Sep 30, 2023 rodro · 70 I haven't though about Dragon Pole Zoey! Nowadays the people is very hot about Runic Axe and usually people run big guns with high fist investigators, so this is an interesting take. I'd use the spare exp point in some other lv 1 event or asset since you'll improve fast your Hunter's Armor thanks to Down the Rabbit Hole. Ever Vigilant will improve your economy and action compresion and, if you buy Stick to the Plan later you can add this card alongside an improved Stand Together and Prepared to the Worst out of your deck to get a faster setup. You may also want to consider to run Ace of Swords to get you the numbers needed to pass almost any fight action with your pole and Brand of Cthugha. To pull of the Dragon Pole, I'd recommend to use Upgrade cards. You can buy Reliable or Well-Maintained with your spare EXP point. Reliable should get you the bonus stats to hit almost in every test and Well-Maintained can avoid you nasty situations where you are forced to discard your hand assets like Crypt Chill. Later, when you finish to upgrade all your support stuff and you have to improve your damage for the final scenarios, maybe you can think about buying Cyclopean Hammer or, if you have the Innsmouth pool, Enchant Weapon to enhance your pole's damage is also a good option, making cards like Well-Maintained and Reliable more valuable. It is an interesting concept, and I look forward to see your lategame deck.

The final deck has the same cards as this one, but with better XP of course. I do not a full collections, and most cards you mention are not part of my collection, so I made evolutions the easy way. But all you say is very pertinent, I'd like to test that ! Once Im full with Lonnie, the armor, some arcanic slots, Zoey becomes really resistant because I can heal with Lonnie power. Physical training was my main protection against encounter deck. Sometime I go too much money though, maybe too much economy cards here. Thanks again, this is the first deck I publish here.
