The Cake Is A Lie

Luke is not a fan of reality. He’ll hang out long enough to take some pictures with his Hawk-Eye Folding Camera, but ultimately he prefers hanging out in the safety of his dreams, where he can use his Pocket Telescope to spy on the waking world and get all the information he needs without having to get dirty. He’s happy to help his friends move from one side of town to the other by providing them with an Open Gate here and there, but for the most part he enjoys his own company and will happily spend as much time as he can in the Dreamlands, feeling the Winds of Power and staying Enraptured, because he’s confident that Practice Makes Perfect. The only ally he keeps close is Mr. "Rook", and only because the mysterious man is excellent at interpreting Luke’s dreams and finding the exact solution he needs at any given moment. Due to all his time spent asleep, Luke’s body is weak, but any serious damage done can easily be ignored, because he’s mastered the ability to simply Deny Existence.

PILOTING:

Hard mulligan for all four assets, soft mulligan for Open Gate.

Investigate early to power up Hawk-Eye Folding Camera at least twice. Use Mr. "Rook" to look for Winds of Power and play it without having to spend an action, and for a second Open Gate to use when the time is right. Spend as much time in the Dream Lands as possible and scoop clues from all over the place as your companions reveal locations and deal with enemies.
