Bowman Withers uses True Magick and Dr. Elli Horowitz to make an attack against enemies at connecting locations every turn.

The order that you play assets is important to ensure optimal of what will be a limited number of slots. The key is to use Arcane Initiate to find the Enchanted Bow (since it's a spell) and Research Librarian to find your tomes. Once you have a copy of True Magick and Livre d'Eibon in play, you can manipulate it so that True Magick is on the top of your deck and Dr. Elli Horowitz will be guaranteed to find it and put it into play without using either an Arcane or a Hand slot.

Putting Blur into play is optional since it can actually be quite powerful as a free action every turn when combined with True Magick. Everythig else is straight forward: Foresight discards most basic weaknesses or helps pay for assets. Astounding Revelation will easily trigger and also helps with economy. Barricade blocks hunters, giving you time to hit them with your bow while you investigate.
