Come and have a go if you think you're hard enough!

- William Yorick, forgetting he's not actually a guardian

Guardians are getting some interesting cards, and Survival Knife raises possibilities. It makes drawing enemies onto you with Taunt or Heroic Rescue so much better. You might take a little damage, but you then get a 'free' combat action.

Combine that with Yorick, who can recycle Cherished Keepsake and Leather Coat, and you start to get something interesting. As long as Yorick keeps defeating things, he's a good tank; better than any of the guardians, in fact.

He's also got access to Guard Dog, to inflict damage when he takes some, and Beat Cop for further testless damage. Mano a Mano suddenly seems a good way to finish off an enemy at the start of a turn - again, without touching the chaos bag.

"Let me handle this!" is in for another way to draw enemies off others - this time, even if they're not in the same location - and, well, Ambush seems to go nicely with that too - and again, testless damage...

Aquinnah doesn't actually combo with Survival Knife or Guard Dog at all well, but she's in as a backstop in case of multiple attackers; you can only exhaust Survival Knife once. It also frees Peter Sylvestre for team mates, and she offers a decent sanity buffer too.

The allies for this deck are actually pretty expensive, but once it's up and running, this deck should be pretty cheap.

For skills, I've put in Stunning Blow in case Yorick finds himself outnumbered - this way he can evade one, and take a single hit from the other. It also ignores Elite, so potentially, it could be useful with bosses. Vicious Blow is also a nice option to have as Yorick can be a little slow to inflict damage.

Obviously, this deck is useless for gathering clues; I'll be relying on my team mates for that - but it will be interesting to see how well hoovering up the enemies in the Labyrinths works.

This deck is for Labyrinth of madness i assume.

You can play 2 Survival Knife to counter the same enemy twice or two different ones.

What do you think fo Backpack to get your items faster? Your deck has 10 targets for it (including Emergency Cache), so it should find 2-3 cards.

What about Ever Vigilant, to play all cards in the Backpack at once or any combination of cards in it and your hand?

Yeah, I think I'd rather get Machete/Survival Knife, for the damage bonus on my turn, but yes, if the draw turns out that way, x2 might happen.

Backpack - I don't know what I'd lose for it, and to be honest, I prefer to try and discard my items - hold them there - and play them when I've defeated something. It's like a free action for defeating something; it'd be a shame to waste it!

I did consider Ever Vigilant, but I'm just not sure about it. If I knew it would come out, then yes, but I'm not sure I want to dedicate 2 cards to it. It's not a bad idea, though.
