This build capitalizes on the Versatile upgrade to add Pickpocketing to your deck. Combined with Track Shoes, you're bound to draw extra cards on every turn with enemies in play. Once you can bank the 2/4XP to expand your deck to 35/40 cards (adding Pickpocketing twice), you'll have a bloated & slow deck unless you rely on all the basic skill cards that grant you card draws to cycle through your deck.

Peter Sylvestre upgrades are the next focus, to buff your evade. You'll need the horror sink, too.

Late campaign upgrades include True Survivor (10 of your Skill cards are Innate), & [Ace in the Hole](/card/02266.

Your mulligan should be used to find Pickpocketing along with Track Shoes or Peter Sylvestre (to ensure successful evades). Once you set-up your basic card-draw mechanism, the rest of the deck is fast-paced fun.

Unfortunately, you'll have a slow game until you can pick a few pockets!

How about Nothing Left to Lose to draw more cards?

Have you considered Drawing Thin?

Could be useful in combination with Track Shoes
