With both Corrosion and Straightjacket The Unspeakable Oath puts an enormous pressure on items. Lots of movement is required, but there's relatively little backtracking and is almost no Hunter enemies. It seems that in this scenario evading is as good as fighting, if not better. The time limit is relatively generous and there are no doom-related encounters, so it is possible to plan ahead with less uncertainty than usual. So far the pattern I'm using is to start at the Eastern Wing, clear the Infirmary, clear the Mess Hall, start a fire in the Kitchen, clear the Basement Hall and then check out Patient Confinements. At this point you might want to risk going for some extra XPs and trigger Act 4 ASAP. If not, delay Act 4 until moments before resigning. Both Searching for Izzie and The Man in the Pallid Mask can be problematic in solo games, so I'm packing both Elusive and "I'm outta here!" as insurence.
