I'm going to rely on Combat Training for evasion. That means managing horror and resources. So two Emergency Caches and Ever Vigilants to help keep funds up, and two Elder Sign Amulets for soaking horror, plus a Smoking Pipe for when we do take horror and can use a damage boost.

Since we're evading, might as well use a weapon that wants disengagement -- let's give that much-maligned Springfield a try. We'll take some Bandoliers because we'll want a Flashlight or a backup weapon in the .45 Automatics, in case we can't find the Springfield in the deck or we hit a high evade enemy.

Extra Ammunition for the guns, and a few neutral skill cards in case we have to do something besides shoot and evade.

I originally had two Waylays and Sneak Attacks as additional tactics against the enemies we're evading, but the deck seemed too expensive to support Combat Training. I swapped the Waylays for Vicious Blows, and I swapped a Guard Dog and one Sneak Attack for two Shortcuts. Could go with Elusive instead, but again, trying to keep it cheap.

Ultimately not highly evasive, but a good amount of the deck built around Combat Training and subsequently the Springfield M1903.
