Chaos bag manipulation shenanigans. Use Book of Shadows to keep Seal of the Seventh Sign charged, saving Recharge until it is absolutely needed. Use Protective Incantation and The Chthonian Stone to seal two more tokens. Book of Shadows allows you one more slot to defend yourself with a spell as needed, although no one is going to complain if you use your third slot to seal a third chaos token with the second Protective Incantation, leaving only skulls and numerical modifiers.
Haven't actually tested this, but seems like it would be best for three players. At four players the group raises the risk of draining Seal of the Seventh Sign faster than you can recharge it. Leave the fighting and clue gathering to others, especially while you are setting up. No such thing as a wasted action drawing for the cards you need.
Have your partners build around helping you set up faster. Seekers in particular can assist with No Stone Unturned, Old Book of Lore, and even Cryptic Research. If there is a guardian, Stand Together with them.
Note: A perfect set up actually causes Final Rhapsody to become even more dangerous than normal, but that's Arkham Horror for you.
