Ran this deck through The Forgotten Age solo on easy (because the explore deck is scary). Focused on making Ichtaca my best friend and she totally helped make life a lot easier since her chaos tokens were more mild. Managed to successfully get resolution 1 in Shattered Aeons. Note: In the upgrades sections, Scenario 2 is actually "Interlude 1: Restless Nights" where I ended up getting some experience. This means that the scenarios after that are all one number off.

Lola Santiago, Intel Report, and Lockpicks proved to be sufficient for investigating locations. For combat, saving the Vicious Blows until they were absolutely needed was great. I ended up preferring the Lupara over the Enchanted Blade since I would typically just evade most enemies besides hunters so the added damage was appreciated.

Despite how expensive this deck is, "Watch this!", Hot Streak, and Lone Wolf were sufficient for keeping Skids at enough resources to do what he wanted to do, including occasionally buying an extra action. The cool down on Lockpicks also sometimes created situations where it made more sense to stay in place and grab a resource rather than forge ahead, which also helped with money.

Sure Gamble, Dynamite Blast, and High Roller were never actually played. The Moon • XVIII only came out once, during The City of Archives where it was actually incredibly helpful but other than that I simply never drew it. Double or Nothing was always a dead draw in early scenarios and in hindsight I would have replaced it with literally anything else.

Other Campaign information:

  • Supplies at the start: Map, Compass, Binoculars, Blanket, and Pendant.
  • Resupply point purchases: Canteen, Chalk, and Medicine (x2).
  • Yigs Fury reached 29.
  • Ended with 6 physical trauma and 2 mental trauma

Well done! I like the use of Tennessee Sour Mash especially!

What's your opinion on Steadfast? Also, would Stealth have been useful?

A beginner deck with 44 xp required? And using the Taboo list? You need to get a dictionary and look up the word beginner.

`@mattastrophic Steadfast would have likely been a better choice than Double or Nothing early on, but Skids wasn't doing enough fighting to warrant the fight boost and Tennessee Sour Mash was sufficient coverage. If anything Guts might have been a better choice. As for Stealth, I've never actually run it in a deck before. Not exhausting enemies always made it a deal breaker for me. I may have to try it out in the future.

@buzardIf you look below the deck list, you can see the experience gained each scenario and what cards were swapped in and out. If you want to see the level zero version you just have to work backward. I tagged it with beginner because I ran this deck through a campaign on "easy" difficulty. It might not fare as well on higher difficulties.
