Finn is a wily beast. The 1 is an extreme drag, but I plan to compensate for that by ignoring it altogether. I've got two Tennessee Sour Mash to act as a couple of desperate will hits and Logical Reasoning to knock out any of those filthy Terror cards, such as Frozen in Fear.

Finn naturally lends himself well to clue-getting, but, like Winnifred, I feel that 3 is enough to be a good face-puncher. I've decided to lean into this with the new .25 Automatic, giving you free fight actions when you evade. Also, they're fast. Delilah O'Rourke will provide an additional +1 to make sure you get through. Cheap Shot gives a base 7 to your test with the opportunity to use it again next round. Sleight of Hand gives you free ammo, and Contraband makes sure you've got ammo for those weapons. Pickpocketing is flabbergastingly good here, compressing Draw 1, Gain 1 Resource, Evade and Attack into a single action. Also, don't forget that they're fast.

As for off-class picks, Working a Hunch is there to give you a casual clue while you're doing all this evading. That extra clue is important for triggering Logical Reasoning if you can't pick up a clue with your usual investigating. Track Shoes provides an extra (very important) and free movement to go along with it.

Begin by upgrading the .25s for free attack actions, Then go into pickpocketing, replacing the emergency caches. Upgrade Lonnie into Delilah next*, then you can either go into the Berettas if you're feeling the need for more firepower, dropping the .45 Thompsons, or Streetwise if you need to shore up the clue-getting. After that grab the events in whatever order you'd like.

*Here's where things get interesting. I've been using this deck at the same table as a Tommy Muldoon I hadn't considered the power that Lonnie + Tommy's Leather Coat added to the table, so it might be worth splicing in a charisma so that I can make use of Delilah And Lonnie.
So:
First Scenario: 2x .25 Automatic -> .25 Automatic(2)
Early Games:
2x Emergency Cache -> Pickpocketing(2)
2x Lonnie Ritter -> 2x Delilah
Mid Games:
If more firepower is needed, 2x .45 Thompson -> 2x Beretta
Otherwise Streetwise, then more firepower
Late Game, upgrade the events.
