Core idea
This deck aims to take advantage of Black Market and Double, Double.
Underworld Support and Black Market together with Sefina Rousseau's 13 cards starting hand will thin your deck enough to assure you will see your assets with consistency (notably you will want Well Connected and The Black Fan).
Once Double, Double hits the board, you get to play every resource generating event for twice the value, gaining value from both Well Connected and The Black Fan.
After the deck is set up, the fun begins: Double, Double Black Market to actionless make TEN cards from ANY deck (but mostly from this one as it is made for this: it includes no skills, and its events are rarely situational, meaning they will almost always be relevant) ready and available for both Sefina Rousseau and every other investigator. This deck's resource engine will always grant enough money to play whatever comes up in the market, and the ability to target other investigator's decks will sometimes give access to exactly what the team needs the most.
Card choices
Scout Ahead + Double, Double is better than a teleport as you can reveal most of the map while moving (to the advantage of a seeker or Luke Robinson i.e.)
Scroll of Secrets can sometimes get rid of Stars of Hyades if you are lucky, shutting down weakness recursion. Otherwise it just helps setting up or finding our pieces as they are all 1x.
Quantum Flux, Lucky Cigarette Case and Sacrifice are there because mystics and rogues don't alway have access to a lot of card draw, and this deck needs to reload the Market: Sacrifice's targets are empty Scrolls, Clairvoyance and of course David Renfield.
Underworld Support thins for 5, which again i felt was good as not having access to good card draw tools is a pretty noticeable weakness for a deck that needs specific one-of pieces to work at its best. I feel that running this or going for 2x is really up to personal preference.
Hope you have fun with this deck as much as i'm having.
This looks amazing. Can't wait to try it out when I get all the new cards next week :D
