Disclaimer

This is a Trish Combo Deck (don't worry - nothing infinite). I am not the inventor of this combo and i have not yet tested the deck in pratice, so any criticism, discussion or idea (even if they are just theoretical) are more than welcome. I hope you enjoy!

Concept:

The idea is to have The Red Clock [4xp] or The Red Clock [10xp] tick to three charges. After it "ticked up" to three, move one of its charges with Eldritch Sophist to your Pendant of the Queen. This way you effectively get one or two bonus actions every turn while also being able to supply Pendant of the Queen.

You can also take all carges of the clock as resources if you need the +4 to a certain skillcheck. Unfortunately i don't think you can take the resources and then use Eldritch Sophist's . Even though your turn starts with a window, I don't think you can use Eldritch Sophist inbetween one card's effect (because you would have to do it after the charges are taken down to go up to two).

The rest of the deck is mainly build to stack (with 2x Magnifying Glass and later Death • XIII) for gathering clues, while drawing and thinning your deck as fast as possible, so you can get to your combo pieces early.

I run 2x Eldritch Sophist to soak horror from the encounter deck and cycling. Since we have high base which is mostly used for testing against physical damage, surviving should be fine, even though we only have 6 health and sanity each (two physical trauma due to In the Thick of It), so we still have to be careful.

Upgrades:

Combo pieces:

Others:

  • Death • XIII [1xp] for easy
  • Upgrade Perception [2xp]
  • Upgrade Deduction [2xp]
  • Haste [2xp], because it's thematic and with 5 actions per turn it should pretty easy to trigger the extra action
  • Counterespionage [1xp] because we are fragile and also should potentially have a lot of cash since the deck is fairly cheap

I'm not sure how good Dream-Enhancing Serum is. Could maybe be swapped out for Manual Dexterity at creation or something else later.

Cool deck. I'm going to try it soon. :) Question about Scroll of Secrets; how is it a combo piece? The Scroll uses secrets, whereas the Pendant of the Queen uses charges. Moving a secret from the Scroll onto the Pendant (using Eldritch Sophist to do this) does not give any extra charges to Pendant. So what role is Scroll of Secrets playing in your deck? Thank you.

Hey! Sorry, didnt see you comment until now.

The Scroll of Secrets itselfe isn't a combo piece but its basically draw 3 cards which enables you to find your combo pieces faster (or lets you discard a weakness!).

I hope that answers your question. Did you try the deck out yet? How did it go?

Anyways, thanks for your comment! :)
