This deck was made for a 'stand-alone' scenario. Its a fighter deck, doesn't do bugger else. You should have a seeker in your group to balance the game. I tried to limit it to 19 xp, hence the 1 additional weakness (both were randomised)

The plan is for Daniela to get attacked, and in return she hits back harder, to take advantage of her ability, without cancelling the attack. This deck does not have any means to cancel attacks, because cancelling does not synergise with some of this deck

To make Daniela's ability work harder for us, we have assets like Aquinnah, Bangle of Jinxes, Flesh Ward, & Bandages. Either of them trigger the same time, without spending an action. Events like "Get behind me!" (fast anyway), and Toe to Toe lets you trigger her ability with additional benefits.

To get your action-compression engine going, you need to set-up quick. Thats whats Geared Up is for. One-third of your deck is items, so mulligan any non-item card. If you draw Backpack install this as your first item in order to give you more flexbility on setup. This burst set-up is really gonna give you a head start without denting your economy.

So once you're setup, just move and engage with enemies. If you run out of actions, Survival Knife helps you fight back in enemy phase, and if that enemy's still alive, you can give it more damage in your next turn, and the results are even better if you have Mechanic's Wrench.

Early game you could run without Aquinnah and take damage & heal it with Bandages, but u can't go too far without her. Thats what Flare is for. Inspiring Presence lets you trigger Aquinnah twice, once in your turn and once in enemy phase.

A Test of Will is some protection against bloody treacheries. Once Bangle of Jinxes gets pumped up, you should be OK to deal with treacheries.

You have to keep an eye on your sanity level. Thats whats Cherished Keepsake & Flesh Ward is for.

Good luck and enjoy the deck!

ps other options this deck cud work with: A Chance Encounter instead of A Test of Will, Counterpunch instead of Glory (although I prefer card draw), Fire Extinguisher for extra fire power & the last chance evasion, Fortune or Fate, A Watchful Peace, lots of options really
