Beginner William Yorick deck

Theme/Design

Designed to be the Primary Guardian/Monster-Killer in a multiplayer game. Built according to the theme of a mobile guardian squad, moving quickly around the environment to engage and attack enemies, and occasionally pick up a clue or two.

Usage

The deck is designed to use Sled Dogs as a first combat offence as much as possible, followed by regular weapon use via Baseball Bat or Gravedigger's Shovel. Use Yorick's ability to pull assets back out of the graveyard after winning combat. This works on Sled Dogs too, but due to their expense, try to keep the Dogs for offense and movement economy only.

The fact that you have a 2xHand and 1xHand weapon but no Bandolier is by design. The Baseball Bat is a heavy damage dealer, so favour it for combat, but it can break. The Gravedigger's Shovel doesn't do as much damage, but it cannot break and it can be discarded in exchange for finding a clue when you get the Baseball Bat back.

Use Relentless to store up resources for rolling out items from the graveyard more easily. Keep in mind that it is an asset too, and can be pulled back from the graveyard. Therefore, you don't need to worry about overcharging it to eke out every bit of value.

Use Prepared for the Worst to equip a weapon as quickly as possible. Before you've acquired XP, you'll have 2 dogs max in play, so invest in Charisma as soon as possible to expand your pack to 4. Bury Them Deep will help, so don't miss a chance to use it. When you get there, consider trading out Overpower for Calling in Favors, to ensure more dogs come into play sooner.

Soak horror with Cherished Keepsake and damage with Bandages, and the Heavy Furs provide a tiny bit of chaos bag defence for when your Baseball Bat suffers a critical failure. Use Resourceful to get back a asset from the graveyard when there's nothing around to murder and you're in a pinch.

Final Notes

Untested - I built it for a game I'll be playing sometime soon.
