Second iteration of this deck after running it through Standard Dunwich with a Roland Banks mate. It was present to play, but I realized it deserved a few edits that could make it better than its first version.

With just one of your 4-cost assets out you should be ready to pass most tests quite confidently. We pack up everything that uses t instead of normal skills to pass occasional fight or evade (through investigating with Archaic Glyphs

Outside of assets we pack a lot of relatively cheap utility Insight events that call for Eidetic Memory later on as an upgrade.

I am not completely sold yet on Dr. Milan Christopher in this deck because you do not need a big economy at all except for your 4+2 gold setup, so Alyssa Graham might be an option with a bit of added utility and horror soak.

Shrewd Analysis could make sense to save a bit of XP, slightly hampering the reliability of the deck. Sadly there is a risk to pick up Archaic Glyphs which will probably be quite useless compared to its counterparts, so use at your own discretion.

Encyclopedia, as basic and efficient as it is, can lead to very strong power plays when used in conjuction with Knowledge is Power

Despite a bit of protection physical damage remains a very high threat. Medical Texts are too unreliable for me, Healing Words is put in this decklist but there is a argument to be made for Trench Coat (requires 1 vs 3 actions to save 2 HP, a bit more expensive, marginal bonus on evade tests, no option to help allies, no interaction with Knowledge is Power, useless vs direct damage). Ethereal Form can be kept as a "get out of jail" option as well.

__ Edit

Didnt think of it at the time of publication, Mr. "Rook" would be a way more useful option that Healing Words. You will probably want to get a Charisma then, which wont be that difficult since the deck isnt that XP hungry (even more so if playing with Shrewd Analysis - honestly I would even consider one Arcane Research to save XP on the Ward of Protection upgrades as well.

Any tips and comments are welcome
