This is a basic Ursula deck that takes advantage of her reaction by giving her plenty of movement tricks. The Relic theme doesn't flesh out well enough for me to make a viable deck, so I opted not to go that route.
Piloting
It's about as straight-forward as you can get for a Seeker! Drop a Magnifying Glass and Dr. Milan Christopher and start finding clues! Use Shortcut and Fieldwork to zip in and out of high-shroud locations, and Deduction to speed up that process. I find that Seeking Answers can be useful to save you 1 or 2 shroud or avoid a Locked Door, which is valuable.
The Archaic Glyphs can be swapped out for anything. I just wanted to optional upgrade paths. You could do the Strange Solution instead, of throw in another Asset.
Upgrade paths
For my first upgrades, I opted for Pathfinder and level-2 Deduction. More movement means more chances to use her ability, and the action compression of Deduction to get 3 Clues for a free action is unparalleled.
I also replaced an Inquiring Mind and a Guts with Forewarned. Guts is mainly useful for dealing with treacheries, and Forewarned allows you to cancel it without taking the test, and rely on your (which you want to anyways) to get that clue back.
