29XP Leo Anderson - Arkham Nights 2018

Designed for Arkham Nights 2018 after running him with 29xp Ursula Downs - Arkham Nights 2018 through the Dunwich Legacy.

Stick to the Plan starts in play with Emergency Cache, Prepared for the Worst, and Custom Ammunition under it. Leo is looking to get Lone Wolf & Leo De Luca out quickly to maximize actions & resources.

[Prepared for the Worst](https://arkhamdb.com/card/02184 will let him search for the Lightning Gun if he doesn't start with it. Emergency Cache, will help him play it and Custom Ammunition goes on to it to add ammo and 1 bonus damage against monsters.

He is looking to Mitch Brown to get any combination of 2x Beat Cops & 2x Venturers to get bonus damage & ammo. Speaking of bonus ammo, did I mention Contraband? 'Cause there are 2!

On allies, 2x Charismas gets you pretty far, even without Mitch. Brother Xavier & Calling in Favors rounds out the ally section. You can use Calling in Favors to put Beat Cop, once he's on his last health or Brother Xavior when he's on his, back into your hand. This heals them and allows you to play them again that turn or at the start of the next. Warning: If you use Calling in Favors to heal Leo De Luca, make sure you have the resources to put him back into play.

Vicious Blow & "Watch this!" are in there to deal damage and make money. Either can be substituted out for Trusted to give an ally +1/+1 or Emergency Aid or Inspiring Presence the last 2 can each heal Ally cards.

With killing and a high costed deck, Decorated Skull pairs well. This deck usually rushes headlong into its weaknesses, opting to instead draw as many cards as it can.
