Hey guys!! This is a fun idea I had about Rex Murphy and I'd like to share!
What's the idea:
The deck revolves around using Ancient Stone: Knowledge of the Elders and Blood-Rite to deal with enemies up to 4 health single-handedly, consistently and repeatedly. How do we do that? We have one of our teammates pick Mystic at the start of the campaign, and, soon enough, have him upgrade into Dayana Esperence. The plan is, during the game, after we set up, to use "You owe me one!" to play Dayana Esperence from our teammate's hand, put her under our control and attach Blood-Rite to her so that we can use it multiple times. That way, we will have the ability to defend ourselves from enemies very effectively and even contribute to the team's overall damage potential, while still be consistent at our primary task, which is clue gathering.
Certain Card Choices:

Mr. "Rook": To help find your key cards faster, especially Occult Lexicon.

Drawing Thin: To increase the number of secrets on Ancient Stone and to boost economy.

Scavenging: To recur the stones.

Magnifying Glass: To knock Ancient Stone away so that you can refill it when it runs low.

Truth from Fiction: For more secrets on Dayana Esperence.

No Stone Unturned: To help your teammate find Dayana Esperence.

Cryptic Research: For card draw and more automatic damage with the Stone.

Death • XIII: The absence of Magnifying Glass as main-hand tool makes this necessary, as it covers the lack of boost.
