So....this deck is based on a funny themed idea that my friend gave me about an investigator who has the Hunter and Retaliate keyword.

This deck is built using the newest Taboo List (2020-10-15).

The main idea is to take advantage of the tankiness of Leo Anderson to absorb enemies' attacks and use cards that let him return the favor.

For the opening hand, you'd want to mulligan hard for the Tarot, 1 of the weapons and at least 1 of his allies.

Throughout the game, you'd want to take the hit for the team as much as possible, then using Counterpunch, Survival Knife and/or Heroic Rescueto deal damage back to the attacking enemy - letting you gain the Retaliate keyword. Also cards like "Get over here!", Heroic Rescue and Righteous Hunt let you draw the enemy toward you, or in other word, let you gain the Hunter keyword.

However, The Hungering Blade should act as the main weapon in this deck, because of it's good action economy, consistency as well as good snowballing effect throughout the game. What you'd like to do is after "resolving your own Retaliate keyword" during your turn, use The Hungering Blade to finish them off and get as much offerings as possible. It's Bonded Cards grand you decent stats for the attack and can also work as a Vicious Blow for those annoying odd number health enemies. Prepared for the Worst is here to help digging it out.

Also, Survival Knife let you finish off enemies that you couldn't kill during your turn.

Hallowed Mirror and Calling in Favors let you heal/reset your allies for further tankiness. Also I really want to have 2 copies of Inspiring Presence in this deck, but can't make up my mind of what card to cut out.

This is a fun deck to build and gave me a really good time cosplaying the Ghoul Priest. What are your thoughts about this deck? Please feel free to give your ideas, and I hope you'll enjoy this as much as I did!
