This deck runs fairly cheap, and with little setup. So Amanda Sharpe can get going right away. Crack the Case is the only economy card in the deck, and even then you might find that it can be placed underneath Amanda on a "down" turn.
Between Dream Diary, Occult Lexicon and Tooth of Eztli you should have no problem turning Whitton Greene's stat boost on.
Enemies can mostly be evaded with help from some icons, such as Inquiring Mind, Promise of Power and Unexpected Courage.
If you do need to kill an enemy then Anatomical Diagrams combined with a Vicious Blow underneath her should make short work of even a beefy bad guy. Smaller enemies can be picked off with Occult Invocation or Blood-Rite.
And ,of course, when you run out of good cards, Practice Makes Perfect can bring them back again.

Jul 02, 2021Shortcut is always nice, but a testless, actionless clue is even better in my opinion, and this deck seems to always have loads of spare resources, so the cost to buy the clue is not really a factor. |
Jul 02, 2021Wait, the deck is called Sharpe Vision but Amanda can't even play Sharp Vision! How could you? |

Jul 02, 2021I now feel obliged to create a follow-up deck called Sharpe-shooter |
Jul 02, 2021I also quite like Shortcut for Amanda, so that when you have an amazing skill under her you don't need to waste actions moving and can always get three tests in. I agree that working a hunch is great--maybe for occult invocation or anatomical diagrams? |
With Whitton Greene I think Shortcut is very powerfull in place of working a hunch
