Comments are very welcome! - sort of a work in progress.

These are my thoughts: This is intended as a mulitplayer deck as a dedicated clue finder

Mists of R'lyeh and Shrivelling are there to make sure Father Mateo can deal with the odd enemy.

Having Mists of R'lyeh and Shrivelling also ensures Father Mateo can take full advantage of Arcane Research XP bonus when upgrading.

Other cards I wish I had space for (and might fit better) St. Hubert's Key but with the lowered sanity due to Arcane Research and that it is a bit expensive that doesn't feel right And instead of the upgraded Rite of Seeking and Sacrifice maybe Seal of the Seventh Sign would be better but having only 1 upgraded card feels like odds are too low to draw it.

Possibly too many Assets and especially Arcane cards but as these will run out of charges they can then be replaced hopefully using Sacrifice to get the resources back.

Alyssa Graham is there to boost the Intellect and with Flashlight Father Mateo can then get clues the 'normal' way. Also some sanity soak.

Arcane Initiate is obviously there to make sure the right spells are pulled. (So maybe I can reduce the number of spells). Again some sanity soak.

As a lot of the cards are expensive both Forbidden Knowledge and Uncage the Soul are there to make sure the cards aren't stuck in hand.

You might try Read the Signs as an adjunct to, or instead of, Drawn to the Flame. Do you have any thoughts about upgrades? Shining Trapezohedron might make the Forbidden Knowledge unnecessary.

@LivefromBenefitStAh good thanks. I'll use Shining Trapezohedron instead of the upgraded Rite of Seeking.

Like the Read the Signs as well hadn't seen that before
