Jeremiah Kirby is a super exciting card! I think it will work best with evens as it, itself is even and there are some great even-numbered picks in & .

For the purposes of this deck, Whitton Greene is a stand-in for Jeremiah Kirby.

Brand of Cthugha

Notable cards that aren't being run to keep up consistency of Jeremiah Kirby:
Logical Reasoning
Hawk-Eye Folding Camera
Clairvoyance
Rite of Seeking

Notable misses:
Livre d'Eibon
Shortcut
Skill Cards
Jeremiah Kirby

This would equal 9 cards of the 32 card deck. (Not including weaknesses)
Unfortunately, Norman doesn't have the luxury of upgrading into Pathfinder like most other seekers could do to replace their pair of Shortcuts, but has decent replacement potential in cards like:
Rite of Seeking
Four of Cups
Mind's Eye
Jewel of Aureolus

An interesting interaction might come with Astounding Revelation, as it has no cost, so potentially would get shuffled back if drawn by the Jeremiah Kirby effect. Might have some utility when it comes to using Practice Makes Perfect or other ways of triggering it.
Again, this is purely to get ideas going about even-numbered decks and odd-numbered decks. We're sure there will be a lot more choices once EotE releases!

Running 2 Practice Makes Perfect and 2 Written in the Stars to service a grand total of 4 practiced skill cards seems dubious to me. I suppose you could always use Livre d'Eibon to put a deduction back on top of your deck after you PMPed it to your hand, then Write it into the stars, so they don't clash as badly as I feared, but it still seems risky.
