Finn the Assassin
With the release of Garrote Wire and Delilah O'Rourke I wanted to try an assassin build with Finn.
The dream combo is evading an enemy with Finn's free evade action, deal it 2 damage with Delilah O'Rourke and finish it off with Garrote Wire and still have 3 actions for the turn. I was able to pull that combo on Brotherhood Cultist several times which cas very satisfaying indeed !
