This deck was inspired by Dreadreaper's Minh for the Win:Draw your Deck so I'll only be commenting on how and why it's different.

First my deck is intended solely for 4 player. I'm therefore making the assumption that in the first mission of a campaign I can get away with not doing any combat as long as I shadow a fighter and commit cards to them until I get Analytical Mind out. This deck averages 5 draw effects in a hand that doesn't have Analytical Mind after aggressive mulligans. Worst case scenario (Analytical Mind at the bottom of the deck) my tests have gotten to the bottom of the deck on turns 8-10. Basically Minh is just walking around investigating and committing cards to her team.

Lucky!- I don't think that 0 xp Lucky! will be a strong enough card on Minh as it doesn't have card draw. Due to the massive card draw engine Minh can commit cards to anything that would be important enough to need to save herself with Lucky!. After Strange Solution X2, Magnifying Glass X2, Cryptic Research X2, and Pathfinder X1, there may be room for the upgraded Lucky!.

Lantern - Dreadreaper was right to leave out Flashlight, with the level of cycling in this deck we have good odds of having this in play most of the game bringing our passive Investigate to an effective 6. Since we have Scavenging we can also throw it away as needed to kill troublesome 1 health enemies or contribute to taking down big hard to hit monsters.

Scavenging- As Minh will be making a lot of successful Investigate checks, Scavenging should be triggered most turns giving Minh an additional card, granted it's just a 1 icon item. In a 4 player game this will give her the ability to trigger her "Limit once for each Investigator per round" +1 ? on an additional Investigator each turn as even this deck won't be able to keep up committing 4 cards a turn indefinitely.

Leather Coat & Smoking Pipe - two of the very few items in the game other than Lantern that are worth multiple recursions. They also diversify the portfolio of icons you can commit with an item as the items being and while most of your other items are .

Rabbit's Foot - As Dreadreaper explains in the comments thread, this card may have a difficult time getting past the break even point if played mid game as most of Minh's skill checks will be Investigation with skill well above shroud. However, if it comes out on turn one or two it will easily break even early and we'll be very grateful if we're furiously digging for Analytical Mind. If it comes into your hand late, it's your best card to commit and return via Scavenging.

Archaic Glyphs- There's one copy just for fun on the assumption that we'll want whatever item is enabled by it. If this turns out to not be true it will be replaced with "I've got a plan!", or Mind over Matter in the 0xp version of the deck.
