Context:
- Played in a 4-player Edge of the Earth campaign with clue vacuum Daisy Walker Hoover, human punching bag Daniela Reyes, and all around maverick Dexter Drake
Design Intentions:
- Heal, heal, heal (and also remove treacheries)
- But not just heal - heal also as a means of giving others cards and money
- Keep allies alive long-term
- Obtain clues occasionally
Overall Deck Thoughts After Edge of the Earth:
- I initially used Charisma to obtain both Dr. Milan Christopher and Lonnie Ritter. It turns out I misinterpreted what Lonnie Ritter did. Charisma is not at all necessary (and neither is Lonnie)
- Archive of Conduits is the star of this deck. Archive of Conduits can be used from afar - Carolyn doesn't need to babysit anyone. And 4 times during the game, the leyline can be removed to give out 2 cards, 2 heal, and 1 resource in just 1 action. Earning it is priority #1.
- Other MVPs include Hallowed Mirror to give out multiple heals and resources, Hawk-Eye Folding Camera to boost Willpower and Book stats, and Protective Gear to protect Carolyn and the team from the worst of the encounter deck (there's lots of hazards in this Edge of the Earth)
- Everyone's always happy to see Stand Together and First Watch - excellent support cards
- Carolyn's signature Hypnotic Therapy contains a lot of icon flexibility to support Well Prepared, as do the story assets and Archive of Conduits, which greatly boost her ability to pass a lot of tests

If I had design the L0 deck from scratch:
- I would never take Lonnie Ritter or Charisma
- I'd include the unidentified Archive of Conduits from the get go.
- I'd spend the 3 XP from In the Thick of It on Hallowed Mirror
Overall Thoughts:
- I really enjoyed playing this deck. It was pure support and played totally different from the other decks I've run. Carolyn's tagline was basically "I gotchu boo".
- This deck is only appropriate for multiplayer - this Carolyn can't fight, she can barely evade, and she only gets 1 clue at a time
- Because this deck healed others effectively, it allowed Daisy Walker and Daniela Reyes to take more risk to be even more effective
- Carolyn was particularly effective in a campaign like Edge of the Earth (where allies die easily and treacheries need to be healed).
- Cards that give trauma are actually a positive rather than a negative with this deck, because damage/horror means Carolyn always has the means for distributing cards and resources.
- There's never wasted actions with this deck. In other decks you're sometimes like "What do I do with my last action? I guess take a resource? Draw a card?" and with Carolyn you can always simultaneously heal + give out cards and/or resources.
