We've had additional action, yes. But what about second and third action, with a +2 to boot, and 2-3 free damage on top of that?

This is a deck that aims to abuse Finn's extra action alongside Dirty Fighting and Hatchet Man to melt any enemies in your path.

Step one: Use Underworld Market to ensure you can get your pieces quickly. You need Dirty Fighting and a knife at the minimum. Delilah O'Rourke, your .25 Automatic, and Pickpocketing all help your engine run smoother.

Step two: Find an enemy and evade them. Play Practice Makes Perfect to find your Hatchet Man and Shocked Rabbi. Succeed on your test, and use Dirty Fighting's reaction (and .25 Automatic's, if you've got it) in order to fight the now-evaded enemy, dealing an additional damage with Hatchet Man, and fighting with an additional +2 since the enemy is evaded. Then, spend your ample resources to deal even more damage with Delilah O'Rourke.

This deck is starved for resources, which is why there is so much economy. Lone Wolf early will pay for your Underworld Market draws, and Easy Mark, Faustian Bargain, Kicking the Hornet's Nest, and "Watch this!" all help you pay for your somewhat-pricey assets. Once you've got your engine juiced up and running, your extra econ can go straight to Delilah O'Rourke to keep the enemies down without taking unnecessary tests or wasting precious ammo.

You forgot the fourth additional action! Run Blur, and turn your free evade for the turn into an extra action! Keep a .41 Derringer around and heck, why not have an 8th action turn once in a while?
