Does anyone know how to fix broken card links?

Jun 23, 2023 ElseWhere · 4031

Not sure what happened with these–the way I usually input card links is by hitting the # and then typing one word of the name until it pops up in the drop-down menu, then clicking on it.

As far as the code goes, though, those all look correct, so I have no idea why they aren't working.

That aside, I like this deck a lot! I like the idea of using Disguise so that enemies are exhausted for longer so Delilah and the Autos can hit them–that being said, you've got the upgraded Autos and Dirty Fighting in here, meaning that more often than not you may want the enemies to ready so you can get another three free fights and proc Pickpocketing. I suppose some engage tech (Riot Whistle) and Stealth could let you repeatedly re-engage the super-exhausted enemies, or you could just save Disguise charges for enemies you're not in a rush to kill.

Hatchet Man is very good, don't cut it, but you also have access to Vicious Blow, the best combat skill in the game, so I recommend fitting that in. As for Streetwise, even Tabooed the XP cost is well worth it, and it would save you a couple actions, resources, and deck slots that you're currently spending on the level 0 version.

I'm not sure you need the Derringers. They're nice, but the Autos are amazing, so it might be worth spending the slots you have the Derringers in right now to get Swift Reload or Contraband or Venturer (though that last one would also want Charisma). Another option is Sleight of Hand, which helps with both cost and ammunition.

By far the best upgrade on Friends in Low Places is Clever, so I would highly recommend that. Stacking your draws for the next few turns is a huge amount of information and value.

And to conclude this excessively long comment, I think you can afford to drop to one-ofs on Dirty Fighting and possibly Lucky Cig Case. You've got loads of economy here so you won't have trouble grabbing them in time.

Great deck! I'm playing a somewhat similar Sefina currently on our Twitch channel, and evasion synergies are always an absolute blast (and so thematic too!).

@ElseWhere, thanks for the advice! Regarding Disguise, I actually didn't think about that combo with Delilah O'Rourke; I just viewed it as a "Get an enemy off your back for 2 turns" button. Ideally, you would use it on either a weak enemy like Pit Viper so you can deal with a bigger threat or on a bigger threat to give you more time to deal with it.
