Adding Leo De Luca (1) as well as Charisma (3). To make room for Leo, I suggest leaving Unexpected Courage off your deck.

Replace Emergency Cache with Pay Day (1).

Turn your .41 Derringer into a Switchblade (2) or it's upgrade .41 Derringer (2), with a nice success you get another action and possibly increase you Pay Day output.

I believe "Fool me once..." is a better card than "You handle this one!", as it will stop multiple copies of the same horror inducing encounter cards from harming you and your group, however, some times you don't want to deal with it regardless, and there's also a lot of encounter deck cards that are not discarded so, food for thought.

Another Day, Another Dollar (3) will kick you combo faster with no cost in card variety.

Replace your Tennessee Sour Mash with either Elder Sign Amulet (3) or it's upgrade Tennessee Sour Mash (3).

Damage-wise, you can upgrade your Vicious Blow lv 0 to Vicious Blow lv 2 and even add Marksmanship.

Optionally, you might consider The Skeleton Key (4) as a replacement of your Perception, which means you probably don't need Streetwise, I personally have not tested which one is better, but using the key, you lose an action to attach the key and another do detach it, so probably playing with few investigators it's not really worth it because locations usually have 1 or 2 clues.
